COVID-19: Where to find beds and ventilators in Delhi?

On May 3rd, Delhi government announced an app and an API that tracks real-time availability of hospital beds and ventilators across the hospitals in Delhi. However, the real status of the beds are still not clear as many patients complain they have been turned away by several hospitals in Delhi.
